Calm

I am an
explorer, who forges their own path. All the world is my playground. A meet and
greet people from all walks of life. I value genuine, straight forward connection
and verbal communication, but I also have a soft spot for all humanity’s
quircks. I have come to understand the ok’ness of different ways of being here
on planet earth. Every quirck has a path that took us there. Every quirck can
be satisfied. Only life will tell, when and where. It is not up to me to say,
to demand others to change.

I only live, day by day, moment to moment and allow the “soft animal of my body”
love what it loves” each day, like the great American writer Mary Oliver once
said.

I believe
our future is forged in honoring your emotions and making personal small choices
in day by day life – do I react, lash out, or do I honour myself and give my being
what it craves. This is a decision that saves worlds. Brings calm into the
world. Allows old hurts to dissipate. I honour the individuals immensely, who
do this kind of work in the world. They soften, they soothe their flight or
fight response, in order to not participate in the dark times. Honour
yourself, honour others. Take a step back, clear your conscience, see from
clarity, when the body is calm. You are ready. You are beautiful. You are
cherished and you are respected.
