CREATIVE BREAK: Mastering Nourishing Movement
Mold with your hands. Imagine your hands are 3D printers and you can produce through them anything you like. Go for it. No one knows what you are producing so go wild.
Be care free. Be you. Be lovable as you already are. Heart beats for you. Letting go of demands of and for others. Nourishing ourselves, with and through our movements. Why us and not them? Because. You can! You can enjoy your movement, no matter what is going on in our lives.
Finding blame? Finding anger? Who cares where you are. Just. Simply Be. With our own environment. For a moment. With our own body. Nourishing. Secure.
You choose which movement heals you. No one else. Has access and control to you like you do. So choose. Choose wisely. Who do you want to be? Who are you already, openly? Do you want to feel and access new? Do you want to live new??? Here is your chance. Just follow your own guidance.
Be free, access. Maximum. Amount. Of wellbeing. Instantly.
From where ever you are. Right this very moment. Be free my Friend. Become! A master of yourself.
For eternity.
Love, Elisa
Last night I attended a beautiful, virtual Dance Teacher class by Allison Pagano as a visiting tutor. First of all what a beautiful thing to share together.
I am honoured for this chance I had to practice my teaching abilities, and was exited to expand my practice I’ve been developing slowly through the past decade, through thick and thin. Also, receiving support from an amazing expert in her field and deeply embodied wise soul, Allison is humbling. Being seen for who you are and receiving space to be more grounded in who you are, elevates your work and brings a new standard of being.
And most of all I enjoyed building bridges and sharing our human connection. We had a lovely time. Playing with the cello and dancing the fan in the room, we all tapped into our sense of freedom and joy, starting from where we are at. I shared some essences of what I know, and we connected from California through Colorado all the way to Finland.
What stood out to me most was the way the attendees resonated with their own stories. What are our stories? Are they ever evolving? Do they bring us joy or comfort? Who am I in this world of uncertain events and discomfort? What connects us to the land we walk upon.
I myself tapped into the comfort of connecting with a family farm that has been passed down in our family for over 300 years now. I am deeply connected with the same landscape my very own ancesters have walked upon. It is a nourishing feeling. Of being at home. At peace.
My approach to dance is to feel good within your own skin. Noticing where we are already comfortable enables us to tap into our own joy and magic. We can be safe and secure all the while being very active and alert. This brings forth the inner child and we can afford ourselves the luxury to play as adults.
What I noticed about my teaching skills was that I felt really good preparing my notes. But then, letting go of the plan and allowing what is present in the moment, meeting fellow humans and being met with laughter and warmth, and tapping into the mutual energy each of us brings in the room. I guess I did something right! :D
This comforting, human connection nourishes us more than any plan ever will.
Though scary at first, we are not alone. We are to be heard, to be held, in the ever present magic of ourselves and others sharing this existence. And maybe, just maybe, the living energy of us never dies. It just merely evolves, and takes different shapes.
Just like us humans, in the midst of a dancing session. From flower to bird to bee.
I honor thee <3 Elisa

Thank you Allison and my beautiful, fellow dancers!
Allison Pagano online:
“Embodied Dance was born out of a desire to fill in the gaps in dance training where the mind body connection is often missing. She seeks to provide experiences using dance as a communicative tool to explore how we interpret, address and envision what it means to be human; evolving and responding to our changing times.”

Here is a small list from Austin Kleon.
It sums up what I do daily now, since the war broke out in Europe.
“
Be a predecessor
for others.
Speak,
write, participate, do.
Contribute to society with your time, talent and resources.
Follow your
gut, use your hands, heart and head to generate something useful.
Kindness gets rewarded.
Share your
work.
Create ideas you want to see in the world and let them reflect in your work.
Interact
with people who are more talented than you to develop skills.”
