My Dance Journey
Solo trip: Soul Dancing on a Mountain in Bloom 2019
"You have found what they (the other pilgrims) are looking for." A fellow pilgrim watching my video.
I danced on a mountain on the common pilgrimage passage, Camino de Santiago, in May in Spain. I walked along the path, and stopped to create dances in different locations that spoke to me and my soul.
I developed my own dancing method and took videos of the dances, with the aim of combining the movements and performing the final piece to an audience.
Onnetar (Fortuna) - Solo role 2016
The solo role in Ulisse's Return opera required strong improvisation skills and bodily expression.

Beginning - Ballet
When I was a bright eyed 4 year old I asked my mom to take me to dance ballet. I guess I had seen performers on TV and was totally infatuated. She didn't know anything of the field, but she found out where it was possible, and took me there. For ten years I danced, performed, and loved every second of it.
